Meet Our Team
Jarrod Bryan is the founder and owner of Brogan Construction in New Braunfels, where he has been a committed resident since 2002.
Originally from Lake Jackson, TX, Jarrod graduated from Texas State University in 2006 with a degree that fuels his passion for innovative construction and landscaping. Since establishing Brogan Construction in 2008, he has led with vision and dedication to excellence, overseeing projects throughout the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio area.
A proud supporter of the New Braunfels community, Jarrod is an active member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and donates to numerous local charities, ensuring his work enhances our communities with lasting craftsmanship and civic pride.
Clayton Campbell is a New Braunfels native and Canyon High School graduate (Class of 2001). Clayton is a United States Marine Corps veteran, serving eight years in the infantry, earning combat awards, including the Purple Heart, which instilled a strong sense of discipline and commitment in him.
Clayton has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University, which has deepened his expertise in creating high-quality outdoor environments.
His tenure at NASA JPL's robotics section in Pasadena, CA, enhanced his technical and problem-solving capabilities. As a leader at Brogan Construction in New Braunfels, Clayton oversees construction and landscaping projects throughout the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio area, delivering exceptional results that elevate our communities.
Marcus Howard is a highly skilled equipment operator and landscape foreman at Brogan Construction in New Braunfels. With extensive expertise in operating heavy machinery and leading landscaping projects, he ensures precision and efficiency in every task.
Marcus oversees projects throughout the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio area, delivering exceptional outdoor spaces with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship that enhances our communities.
In his free time, Marcus enjoys playing baseball, bringing the same teamwork and dedication to the field as he does to his work.

Brogan Construction is a committed supporter of Hope Hospice and Connections New Braunfels, contributing time, resources, and financial support to causes that directly serve local families and individuals in need. Giving back is approached with the same intention and care that defines their work on every job site.
That commitment extends to veteran advocacy as well. Partner Clayton Campbell, a decorated service member, proudly supports the Wounded Warrior Project and is an active VFW New Braunfels Chapter Member, honoring and uplifting fellow veterans through continued service beyond the uniform.
Environmental stewardship is another area where Brogan Construction leads by example. Through participation in Texas Master Naturalist–supported tree-planting efforts, the team has planted trees at Klein Road Elementary, helping enhance the campus while investing in long-term environmental education and sustainability for future generations.
